    A native and local leader of Friendsville, Tennesse, Steven is a dedicated public servant and local legend in public safety operations. Before his tenure in public safety, Steven managed large-scale integration operations involving multi-faceted hardware and software components.

    The more complex and high-stakes the problem, the more Steven feels right in his element. With extensive leadership experience in emergency management, fire and rescue operations, and administration, no problem is unsolvable for him. Steven, his wife Rachel, and two daughters Allie and Lacie, enjoy spending time with their families in and around Blount County.

A resolute communicator, Brook’s experience in operations and emergency communications drives his ability to see the lasting effects of many decisions throughout crises, projects, and communications strategies. With a keen sense for practical deployment and operational welfare, Brooks’s talents continue to shine within our team.

    When not preparing for his upcoming wedding with his fiance, Meghan, Brooks continues to lead and innovate in the emergency communications and technology fields in and around Maryville, Tennessee.

    A Tipp City, Ohio native and transplant to Blount County, Joseph utilizes his passions for teaching and operations to work in the law enforcement and emergency management fields locally. A graduate of the University of Tennessee and Lincoln Memorial University School of Law, our team leans on Joey’s experience in administration, policy, and strategy to round out our team’s diverse skillset.

    When not developing training and communication strategies or assessing risk in the public and private sectors, Joey, along with his wife Hannah, enjoy spending time on the lake with their son, Weston.
